Contest Rules & Regulations

  1. Customers must submit their Shipping Reply/Feedback online at http://www.pwfourstar.com/info/shipping_feedback.cfm
    1. Any customers mailing the Shipping Reply Cards are not eligible
  2. Only one feedback/reply allowed per order number
  3. Your entry will be included for the current month based on the date in which the feedback is received by Four Star.
    1. Example: Your shipment arrives to you on Wednesday, January 27, 2010, however you submit your feedback on Tuesday, February 2, 2010. Your entry will be included for the February drawing.
  4. Feedback must be received within 30 days from the delivery date of the order.
    1. We encourage you to give feedback right away, especially if there are any challenges so that the challenges can be resolved as soon as possible.
  5. All delivery methods are eligible for this contest (Federal Express, Truck Delivery, Customer Pick Up)
  6. Drawing will take place on the first business day of the month following the preceding qualified month.
    1. Example: The January Drawing will be held on Monday, February 1, 2010. 
    2. Example: The April drawing will be held on Monday, May 3, 2010
  7. The One-Stop Shop Give Away will run for all 12 months of 2010, beginning with shipping feedback which we receive online starting January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.
  8. Entries will be included for that months drawing only.
  9. Winner(s) will be notified that they have won, immediately following the drawing by email, phone, or mail depending on available contact information.
  10. Winner(s) may choose from a pre-selected listing of prizes from Four Star's One Stop Shopping program. This listing is available on this page and will be provided to the winner(s) to select from. Prize chosen is subject to availability. In the event that the prize requested is not available or discontinued, prize winner(s) will be given the choice of an alternate prize.
  11. A minimum of (1) one prize will be given each month during 2010, unless forfeited as noted on number 12. Four Star may offer multiple prizes on any month within 2010 based on that months current promotions.
  12. Winner(s) will need to respond within 30 days from drawing date with their prize selection, otherwise the prize will be forfeited.
  13. Odds of winning vary depending upon the number of online reply/feedbacks received.
  14. Prize winner(s) agrees to allow Four Star to publish there company name and the prize awarded online at: www.PWfourstar.com on a page listing winner(s) each month. No company information, contact name or otherwise will be listed without prior written permission from the winner.
  15. Company information is for Four Star internal use only and will not be sold or shared without prior written permission from that company.
  16. Prize values vary.
