How to Order – 3 Ways to Get the Plants You Need

1. We Grow Custom Orders!

We will custom grow varieties or colors you may need for specific projects.  These orders must be placed by mid-January.  Contact your customer service representative for more info.

2. Book Early to Get the Plants You Want

We recommend pre-booking all orders to ensure availability and color selection for your projects.  Pre-book orders are subject to liner availability at the time of booking.  Pre-booking deadline is March 15.

3. Sizes Available on Spec

We stock more than 100,000 trays of 4.25” Grandes and 1.0 GL Royale containers of top-selling varieties of annuals, perennials, flowering shrubs and grasses. 

Are you looking for combination pots and hanging baskets? We have more than 100 different combinations available throughout the spring. 

Our strongest availability is during the spring.  Orders booked from spec availability must be placed at least 2 days in advance.

How to Order

  1. Check availability here.  Products for landscape are available from Week 15 (mid-April) — Week 39 (mid-September).
  2. Check pricing sheet
  3. New Customers – Please fill out these additional forms:
    Customer Information Sheet
    Credit Application
    Michigan Sales Tax Form
  4. Select your payment option:
    - Cash
    - Check
    - Credit Card
  5. Select your delivery option - A minimum order is required for free delivery – contact your customer service representative to review the minimum order requirements for your area.

Orders are processed 2 days before the shipping date, due to availability and status of plant material.  You may call, fax or email (mail@pwfourstar.com) your order to your representative.  Please specify pick up or delivery on the order.  If the order is being shipped to another location, please include this information as well.

Your customer service representative will confirm your order, inform you of any items that may not be available, and confirm your scheduled delivery day. 

Have your payment ready upon delivery or customer pick up.  Four Star Sales, LLC does not extend terms. All orders are COD.  Cash, check (make payable to Four Star Sales, LLC), Mastercard, Visa or Discover are accepted.  We offer a 5% cash discount for all customer pick up orders!

Any claims should be reported immediately.
